Becoming a Distributor:
Becoming a distributor is a simple process. All that is required is that you
open the following Credit Application print it, and
then fax the application to 614.889.7556.
If for some reason you are unable to open/print the
documents below, we can email you a version in MS-Word
format. All you need to do is to contact us at info@woodengiftbox.com,
and one of our representatives will forward this to
you within 24 hours.
Paper copies of these documents are also available
via regular mail. Please call or email if you require
a paper version of our credit application.
